We have many interesting walks on our 177 acre property, as outlined on an easy to follow map here. There are many pointers on the tracks that will lead you back to your accommodation.

The architecturally designed contemporary residence features a large central lounge area with a 5-metre ceiling, sunken bar, grand piano, media room, kitchen, three dining areas, and a stunning collection of New Zealand and local art.

Only 50 minutes drive from Nelson, centrally located between 3 major National Parks in the Tasman Region at the top of the South Island.

Ideally situated near Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, South Island, New Zealand, the location allows our guests to use the Villa as a base to explore a wide diversity of experiences within the region’s major National Parks.

Following the sale of the family’s private company in the USA, Stacey and Don Fergusson travelled extensively, staying at luxury villas, hotels and lodges in France, Italy, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Fiji, Australia, and New Zealand, making notes of what made each one special.
