The dining experience at Falcon Brae Villa is an integral part of the total package offered, and includes a continental breakfast with a cooked to order selection, pre dinner drinks with canapes and a four course gourmet dinner.
The menu changes daily and provides for all special dietary needs of every guest. All pasta, pastries, breads, ice-creams, sorbets, chocolates, and sauces are hand made on site. We use the best quality, local, sustainable produce, including utilising our on-site gardens, fruit and nut trees, and beehives, as well as sourcing ingredients from the surrounding native and pine forests, and the Motueka river right on our doorstep.

Executive Chef Michael McMeeken of Falcon Brae Villa is a humble chef with a notable career. Born and bred in Southland, New Zealand, Michael honed his culinary skills in some of the world’s most highly regarded restaurants and he has worked under some of the world’s leading culinary authorities.
